Zig writer dual tip pen part of the zig memory system
Though typically used for scapbooking and bullet journals, I have found it works extremely well for inking/drawing. Surprisingly versatile can do both fineliner duties and coloring broad swaths.
Dries in a few seconds and is both water resistant and alcohol resistant.
Available in 48 different colors and as a dual chisel tip for calligraphy work.
Not sure if they are blend able.
On the cardstock I use for my art after several passes with the broad tip marker it will start tearing up the paper.
